    Exercise No. 5 Read the paragraph and fill in the blanks with the correct words using the hints given below.
    The students went on a picnic in spite of the heavy rain warning that very morning. They travelled to the lakeside by means of a large school bus hired for the whole day trip. The lake was next to the old fort ruins in the nearby village by the hills. Aarav sat next to his best friend Rohan on the bus during the entire long journey. The teacher stood in front of the entire group and gave clear instructions about safety. Along with the heavy bags on their backs, everyone walked cheerfully along the forest trail. The guide explained the fort history by means of detailed stories and old maps from his collection. They ate their packed lunch in the shade of a massive banyan tree near the fort entrance gate. During the return journey, everyone sang songs loudly on the bus with great joy. The picnic was a great success because of the wonderful weather that pleasant afternoon.
